Solomon’s Cove is a residential community located in Henderson County, North Carolina, near the City of Hendersonville. The subdivision consists of 34 approximately one-half acre wooded lots with approximately seven-tenths of a mile of paved roads. The subdivision is in a semi-rural and unincorporated area approximately one and one-half miles from exit 53 on Interstate 26.

The community is within the Henderson County School District with elementary, middle and high schools located within a three-mile radius of the subdivision. The Henderson County Sheriff provides police protection and local volunteer fire companies provide emergency and fire assistance.

The neighborhood is located approximately 45 minutes Southeast of Asheville, NC and approximately 30 minutes Northwest of the border with South Carolina. Charlotte, NC is approximately two hours East of Henderson County.

The neighborhood is conveniently located in an area with major shopping destinations and a wide selection of convenient restaurants located within a five-mile radius. Pardee Memorial Hospital is approximately three miles from the subdivision and Mission Hospital in Asheville is approximately 22 miles or 40 minutes from Solomon’s Cove.
Solomon’s Cove is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Vehicular traffic within the subdivision is minimal and is mostly due to residents and their visitors and/ or guests.

Solomon’s Cove has a viable and active homeowner’s association incorporated per NC statutes. Solomon’s Cove is governed by the covenants, bylaws, and rules and regulations of Solomon’s Cove, which is managed by an elected board of directors.
